I was thrilled to see the clips of farm grown fuel. It's a vision I've had for a long time that the president lays out a new direction for the country, where the American family farmer will have the exclusive right, to produce all the enery this country needs. And when that is satisfied, to the world. All plant oil is sold to the government who sells it to the refineriies. The refineries can only buy oil from the goverment. And the government will pay the farmer $25 tax free dollars for every barrel. The Farmers requirement is that He grow organicly,that he installs systems to collect rain water, wind and sun. It is time the the American family was made the center of this economy. And that we once again have a large wealthy middle class, and a strong republic. Thank you for your time. Charles Phillips
